DUES AND FEES

Dues are $190.00 per month. Payable on the first and late if not received by the fifteenth. Late fee is $20.00

Services covered by dues: water, sewer, trash, electricity for common areas, snow removal, landscape, insurance on structures, liability insurance, maintenance of buildings, maintenance of driveway and parking areas.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

1) U.S. Postal Service. Payment coupons and mailing labels are distributed the first of each year in a packet of information sent to each owner. Make payments to:

MEETINGS

Monthly meetings are planned for the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. . Contact Property Managers or check the News page of this site for location. The meetings are subject to change up to the day of the meeting if scheduling conflicts arise. It is advised that you check the postings if you are planning to attend.

A portion of each meeting is set aside to discuss concerns of homeowners. Each owner wil be able to speak briefly and may receive an answer at that meeting, or at a later time. Contact the Property Manager in advance to be added to the agenda.

ANNUAL MEETING

An Annual Homeowner Meeting is held in July. Time and place will be posted on the News page of this site and notices sent via US mail.
